8th-9th August - THE VIEW
The View is a two day Healing Festival and Symposium scheduled for August. It’s aimed at sharing knowledge and making accessible the latests techniques and healing research, regardless of where participants are at in their own personal journey.
As the field rapidly develops and talk around Trauma becomes common place, a lot of miss information circulates and knowing how to engage or where to invest effort can feel overwhelming. This weekend is designed to cut through the noise. Understanding that when it comes to our health, education in itself is empowerment, it will present attendees with a range of approaches that can be weaved into daily life through; introductory workshops, taster sessions, expert talks, Q&A’s and panel discussions.
Day 1 will focus on the relationships between embodied and mental health featuring tools that utilise this axis to give people agency over their systems and how they speak for them. Day 2 will have a systemic focus looking at the relational and political frameworks we are part. Considering how interventions into factors like conditioning and ancestral legacy, can activate positive change in our communities through personal and collective work.
